Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the fresh vegetables for your tofu wrap rolls. Take about 1/4 of a bell pepper (approx. 30g), 30g of cucumber, and 30g of imitation crab sticks from your refrigerator. You can also add sprouts or other favorite vegetables according to your preference.

Step 2

Thinly julienne the prepared bell pepper, cucumber, and carrot (30g) to match the length of the tofu wraps. Slicing them thinly will result in a pleasant texture and an attractive presentation when rolled.

Step 3

Prepare one pack of high-protein tofu wraps (standard square tofu, approx. 100g). Gently pat the tofu dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Removing the water helps the tofu stick together better and maintain its shape.

Step 4

Place the thinly sliced vegetables and imitation crab sticks in the center of the dried tofu wraps. Be mindful not to overfill, as this can make rolling difficult.

Step 5

Roll the tofu wraps by bringing the sides towards the center until they overlap. Tofu wraps are durable and can be rolled easily, similar to fresh spring rolls. Don’t worry if it feels a bit clumsy at first; you’ll get the hang of it with a little practice.

Step 6

Arrange the neatly rolled tofu wrap vegetable rolls on a plate so they don’t fall apart. Presenting them nicely can enhance the dining experience.

Step 7

Finally, prepare a simple yet delicious soy sauce dressing. Mix 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp vinegar, 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp yellow mustard, and 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds. Dipping the rolls in this sauce creates a richer flavor profile, making it a fantastic light meal for your diet.
