Main Ingredients
  • 4 Morning bread rolls
  • 1 Scallion (use both white and green parts)
  • 2 slices Processed ham
  • 2 Eggs

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the morning bread rolls. Using a serrated knife, carefully slice each roll in half horizontally. Be gentle to avoid crumbling the bread.

Step 2

Wash the scallion thoroughly and pat it dry. Finely chop both the white and green parts of the scallion. This will add a wonderful aromatic flavor.

Step 3

Finely dice the processed ham. Dicing the ham ensures it mixes well with other ingredients and distributes evenly throughout the toast, enhancing the overall flavor.

Step 4

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped scallion, mayonnaise, oligodang (or honey), diced ham, and the two eggs. Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined. If you prefer, you can add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Generously spoon the scallion mixture into the split morning bread rolls. Gently press down to help the bread absorb some of the filling.

Step 6

Heat the cooking oil (or butter) in a non-stick pan over low heat. Place the filled morning bread rolls onto the pan. Cook slowly, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown and slightly crispy. Keep the heat low to prevent burning.
