Essential Ingredients
- Jarred Rosé Spaghetti Sauce: 1/2 bottle (approx. for 2 servings)
- Spaghetti Noodles: 1-2 servings (adjust to your preference, rice cakes can be added)
- Parmesan Cheese: A little, for enhanced flavor
- Dried Parsley Flakes: A little, for garnish and aroma
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add the spaghetti noodles and cook them. Standard dried spaghetti usually takes about 8-10 minutes to reach al dente, but always check the package instructions as cooking times can vary depending on the type of pasta. The pasta I used here only needed about 4 minutes. For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
Step 2
Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, drain all but 2-3 tablespoons of the pasta water. This starchy water is a secret ingredient that helps to emulsify and thicken the sauce later.

Now it’s time to add the delicious Rosé sauce. A typical bottle of store-bought Rosé spaghetti sauce is usually for 4 servings, so pour about half of the bottle (enough for approximately 2 servings) into the pan.
