  • 1 medium potato
  • 300ml water

Cooking Instructions

First, in your rice cooker, add 3 slices of prepared duck meat and 1 medium potato, cut into large chunks. For best results, ensure the duck meat is rinsed to remove any blood. Peel the potato and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Pour in 300ml of water. Add 1 tablespoon of onion powder (or the finely chopped onion), 1 tablespoon of dried anchovy powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for soup, and 4 tablespoons of perilla seed powder. Stir everything well with a spatula or spoon to ensure the seasonings dissolve evenly into the liquid.

Step 3

Now, close the lid and select the ‘Steam’ or ‘Multi-cook’ function on your rice cooker, setting it for 20 minutes.
