- 150ml Milk
- 1 sachet Green Tea Powder (approx. 1 tsp)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Pour 150ml of milk into a mug. Microwave the milk for about 1 minute, or until warm. Be careful not to overheat it; a comfortable warm temperature is ideal.
Step 2
Add the green tea powder sachet (about 1 teaspoon) to the warm milk in the mug. Feel free to add a little more if you prefer a stronger matcha flavor.
Step 3
Add about 3 tablespoons of the warm milk to the powder first. Using a whisk or a small spoon, stir gently to dissolve the green tea powder. Continue stirring until you have a smooth paste with no lumps. This step ensures a smooth consistency.
Step 4
Pour in the remaining warm milk. Stir gently once or twice more until the green tea paste is fully incorporated into the milk. Your delicious green tea milk is ready! You can add honey or syrup to taste if you prefer a sweeter drink.
