Super Easy Smoked Duck Fresh Spring Rolls Using Refrigerator Ingredients
The rain is pouring down relentlessly, creating quite a scene! On days when the weather is so bad that you don’t feel like going out, why not organize your refrigerator and make some delicious fresh spring rolls at home? Especially with smoked duck, you can enjoy a special and healthy meal without it being a special occasion. The preparation process is very simple, so anyone can easily follow along!
Main Ingredients
- 500g smoked duck slices
- 300g peeled and deveined shrimp
- 150g imitation crab sticks (kani)
- 1/2 can of fruit cocktail
- 8 fresh perilla leaves (깻잎)
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Opening the refrigerator, I found smoked duck, perilla leaves, imitation crab sticks, shrimp, mushrooms, and fruit cocktail! With these ingredients, you can quickly make a generous and delicious fresh spring roll dish. First, gently pan-fry the smoked duck slices to enhance their flavor. Wash the perilla leaves, remove excess water, and then thinly slice them for a nice presentation. (If you’re short on time, cutting them with scissors is perfectly fine!) Blanch the shrimp in boiling water until cooked through, and shred the imitation crab sticks lengthwise. Drain the fruit cocktail from the can and set the fruit aside.
Step 2
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into large pieces, and separate the enoki mushrooms by cutting off the roots. Place both types of mushrooms in a pan and stir-fry them with a pinch of salt until tender. Stir-frying the mushrooms adds a delightful texture.

To make the fresh spring rolls even more delicious, prepare a store-bought dipping sauce for spring rolls. If you like, a savory sesame sauce creates a fantastic harmony. Having a variety of sauces will allow you to enjoy the dish even more.
