Ingredients
  • 120g mussel meat
  • 1.2 liters anchovy broth
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 red Cheongyang peppers
  • 110g chives
  • 0.5 Tbsp coarse sea salt (adjust to taste)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a slightly smaller handful of cleaned chives, approximately 110g.

Step 2

Chop the chives into small pieces. Cut the Durimun into 8 equal parts. Then, finely chop the 2 Cheongyang peppers.

Step 3

The mussel meat is 120g.

Step 4

Pour 1.2 liters of anchovy broth over the mussel meat.

Step 5

Next, add the chives and Cheongyang peppers. Chives are the secret to the delicious flavor of mussel soup. They were more delicious than radish, and the broth was more refreshing.

Step 6

Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic. We will bring everything to a boil over high heat.

Step 7

Cover the pot and boil over high heat. Mussel soup can easily boil over. When it starts to boil, quickly open the lid and reduce the heat to medium.

Step 8

Since mussels have a slightly salty taste, check the boiled broth and add sea salt. Add 0.5 Tbsp of coarse sea salt.

Step 9

Once the chives are cooked to your liking, the mussel soup is complete. It’s incredibly easy to make! It’s also good for your health, of course.
