Cooking Instructions

First, wash the firm King Oyster Mushrooms and pat them dry. Cut each mushroom in half lengthwise, then cut those halves in half again. Finally, slice them thinly, about 0.5 cm thick. Slicing them evenly will ensure they cook uniformly.

Next, finely chop the green onion, focusing on the white parts for their mild flavor and aroma. If you enjoy a bit of heat, finely chop the Cheongyang pepper as well (you can adjust the amount or omit it if you prefer less spice).
