- 1 tsp minced garlic (for baby)
- 30ml pear juice (baby-friendly, no additives)
- 1 tsp baby soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tsp minced garlic (for baby)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Gently press the ground beef with a paper towel to remove excess blood. This step helps to reduce any gamey odors and ensures a more tender texture.
Step 2
Wash the onion, zucchini, and carrot thoroughly. Remove any seeds or tough parts from the zucchini and mince all vegetables into very small, uniform pieces. Finely mincing is key for your baby’s ease of eating.
Step 3
Heat 1 teaspoon of rice bran oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the minced vegetables and sauté them gently. If the vegetables start to stick or burn, add a tiny splash of water. This prevents burning and helps the vegetables become tender.
Step 4
Once the onions turn translucent, add the ground beef (drained of blood) without adding more oil. Break up the meat with a spatula or chopsticks as it cooks to prevent clumps and ensure even cooking.
Step 5
When the beef is cooked, add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 30ml of pear juice, and 1 teaspoon of baby soy sauce. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. The pear juice adds a subtle sweetness and enhances the beef’s flavor, making it more appealing to babies.
Step 6
Add 130-150g of warm cooked rice to the pan. This amount is roughly equivalent to two baby servings. Gently break up any clumps of rice with a spatula and mix it thoroughly with the other ingredients.
Step 7
Once all the ingredients and rice are well combined and cooked, drizzle in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil for added aroma and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let it cool slightly before shaping into baby-sized rice balls – a fun way for your little one to enjoy this delicious meal!
