Main Ingredients
- 1 medium potato
- 1/4 onion
- A little green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 strips bacon
Cooking Instructions

First, thoroughly wash and peel the potato. Cut it into slices about 0.5cm thick, then cut those slices into strips of similar thickness, resembling matchsticks. Ensuring uniform thickness will help them cook evenly.

While you can use a knife to cut the potato strips, a mandoline slicer will make the process much faster and ensure consistent results. Feel free to adjust the thickness to your preference.

Peel the onion and slice it into strips that are roughly the same length as the potato strips. Avoid slicing them too thinly, as they might become mushy when stir-fried.
