Main Ingredients
  • Sung-Bo-San Rich Black Bean Soy Milk 134g (1 pack)

Additional Ingredients
  • Ice 74g (enough to fill your glass)
  • Espresso 53g (approximately 2 shots of strong espresso)

Optional Equipment
  • Tea/Coffee Maker (for steaming or frothing milk)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare your tea or coffee maker. If you’d like to add frothed milk, ensure you have a machine with a steam function or a separate milk frother ready. (This step is optional; a soy latte without foam is also delicious.)

Step 2

Choose a nice glass and fill it about two-thirds full with ice cubes. Using plenty of ice will help keep your drink refreshingly cold.

Step 3

Brew two shots of fresh, strong espresso (about 53g). The rich coffee aroma will enhance the overall flavor experience of your soy latte.

Step 4

If you’re adding frothed milk, use the steam wand on your coffee maker or a milk frother to gently heat and aerate the milk until it’s smooth and foamy. (Using warm milk can help with layering.)

Step 5

Carefully pour the prepared espresso into the ice-filled glass. The inviting aroma of coffee will begin to mingle with the other ingredients.

Step 6

Now it’s time to add the soy milk. To create beautiful layers, hold a spoon just above the surface of the espresso and slowly pour the Sung-Bo-San Rich Black Bean Soy Milk (134g) over the back of the spoon. This technique allows the rich, nutty soy milk to sit on top of the espresso, creating a visually appealing contrast and a delightful combination of flavors.

Step 7

Finally, gently spoon the frothed milk (if using) over the soy milk layer. This completes your stunning ‘Soy Latte (ICE)’! The contrast between the white foam, dark espresso, and creamy soy milk gives it a sophisticated cafe-style presentation.

Step 8

Before you take your first sip, stir everything together gently with a spoon or straw. This ensures the nutty notes of the soy milk and the bold flavor of the espresso are perfectly combined for maximum enjoyment.

Step 9

Enjoy your homemade, healthy, and delicious Soy Latte! Thank you for visiting!
