Main Ingredients
  • 1 pack King Oyster Mushrooms
  • 1/4 Zucchini
  • 1/8 Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced Garlic

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and onion and stir-fry quickly until they are slightly tender but still have a slight bite. This helps maintain their fresh texture.

Step 2

Before the zucchini is fully cooked, add the king oyster mushrooms to the pan and continue to stir-fry. Mushrooms release water as they cook, so cooking them over high heat helps to prevent sogginess and preserve their natural flavor.

Step 3

Once the mushrooms are somewhat cooked, add 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic and 2/3 teaspoon of salt. Stir well to combine everything evenly. Finally, mix in 2/3 tablespoon of perilla powder for a nutty aroma. Give it a final stir, and your delicious stir-fried mushrooms are ready! Feel free to adjust the salt to your preference.
