  • 20g Unsalted Butter (about 1.5 Tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 0.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • A pinch of Toasted Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, gently rinse the mini king oyster mushrooms under running water and pat them dry. Slice them lengthwise into pieces about 0.5 cm thick. Avoid slicing them too thinly, as this can make their texture mushy; maintaining a moderate thickness is key.

Step 2

Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add the 20g of unsalted butter. Let it melt slowly, ensuring it doesn’t burn. Spread the melted butter evenly across the pan as a delightful buttery aroma begins to rise.

Once the butter is fully melted, add all the sliced mini king oyster mushrooms to the pan. Increase the heat to medium-high and begin to stir-fry.
