Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 chicken steak fillets
- 1/2 cucumber
- Ricotta cheese, to taste
- Chicory greens, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for cooking
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place the bread slices on the dry pan and toast them until golden brown on both sides. Be careful not to burn them; a nice golden hue is perfect for the sandwich base.

Lightly coat your pan with a little vegetable oil. Add the chicken steak fillets and cook them until nicely browned and golden on both sides. This helps to seal in the juices and create a delicious crust.
