Sweet Potato Cheese Roll Ingredients
  • 1/4 portion of pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons sweet potato puree
  • 1 slice processed cheese (optional)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese, as desired
  • 2 tablespoons cooked ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take 1/4 of the prepared pizza dough and roll it out as thinly as possible. Rolling it thin will help create a nicely shaped roll.

Step 2

Spread 3 tablespoons of the sweet potato puree evenly over the thinly rolled dough. Then, place half a slice of processed cheese on each side of the dough. (The processed cheese is optional.)

Add 2 tablespoons of the cooked ground pork. If you have children who enjoy it, you can also add finely chopped ham, sausage, or pepperoni for extra flavor.

Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the filling according to your preference. Since the dough is thin, be careful to prevent the cheese from leaking out. If necessary, lightly dust the edges of the dough with a little flour. Now, carefully roll the dough from right to left, keeping it snug.
