Toast Ingredients (Makes 2)
- 2 slices of bread
- 100g canned corn (drained)
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5~1 Tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 slices Seoul Milk Gouda Cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (to taste)

Step 1
First, drain the canned corn thoroughly using a sieve. Place the drained corn in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 0.5 to 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well. Adjust the sugar amount according to the sweetness of the corn and your preference. This creates your delicious corn cheese filling!

Now, prepare the bread slices that will form the base of your toast. Trimming off the crusts will result in a wonderfully soft texture. While you can use the bread without trimming, the texture will be slightly chewier compared to when the crusts are removed. Choose based on your preference!
