Ingredients
  • Canned peaches (fruit cocktail type) – 2 cans (approx. 150g each)
  • Milk – 1 cup (200ml)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare one can of the canned peaches. Open the can, drain the syrup using a sieve, and reserve the peach pieces. Finely chop the peach pieces left in the sieve with a fork or knife. Aim for a texture with small, bite-sized pieces, about 0.5 cm, rather than a fine mince, for a more enjoyable experience.

Step 2

Now, get your blender ready. Place the peach pieces from one can (drained) and 200ml of cold milk into the blender jar. Secure the lid and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy. Be careful not to over-blend, as this can diminish the texture of the fruit pieces.

Step 3

Pour the blended peach milk into a serving glass. Top generously with the chopped peach pieces you prepared earlier. This creates a delicious peach milk with a wonderful combination of creamy texture and sweet peach flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled!
