Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe but firm persimmons (peeled)
- 1 Cheongyang chili pepper (for a mild spiciness)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the persimmons and peel them. Remove the core and seeds, then thinly slice them into matchsticks (about 0.5 cm thick). This ensures the dressing penetrates well and maintains a good texture. Finely chop the Cheongyang chili pepper. Removing the seeds will reduce the heat level.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the sliced persimmons and chopped chili pepper. Add all the seasoning ingredients: gochugaru, fish sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, minced garlic, and vinegar. Mix them together gently.
Step 3
