- 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide (for sweetness and shine)
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp anchovy sauce (fish sauce)
- 2 Tbsp red chili flakes (gochugaru)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp plum extract (maesilcheong)

- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, carefully trim and clean the fresh chives. It might take a little effort to prepare them, but this meticulous preparation is the beginning of a delicious chive salad. Once they are trimmed, you’ll be able to enjoy a speedy and tasty dish! 🥬
