Ingredients
- 3 slices Whole wheat bread
- 2 Tbsp Organic honey mustard sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of bamboo salt
- 1/2 Red onion
- 2 Free-range eggs
- 2 Avocados
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, place 2 fresh free-range eggs in a pot and cover with enough water to fully submerge them. Boil them until hard-boiled; this texture is best for the spread.
Step 2
Wash the 1/2 red onion thoroughly under running water, peel it, and finely mince it. The crunchy texture of the onion will enhance the flavor of the spread.
Step 3
Wash the 2 fresh avocados carefully. Use a knife to cut them in half, remove the pit, and gently peel off the skin.
Step 4
Place the peeled avocado flesh into a bowl. Use a fork or spoon to mash it smoothly. It’s nice to leave some small chunks for texture, rather than mashing it completely smooth.
Step 5
Add the hard-boiled eggs (peeled) to the avocado and mash them together. The creaminess of the eggs will blend beautifully with the avocado.
Step 6
Add the minced red onion to the bowl and mix it well with the mashed avocado and eggs. The slight sharpness and sweetness of the onion will enrich the spread’s taste.

Add 2 tablespoons of organic honey mustard sauce and mix everything together until well combined. The honey mustard sauce will add a subtle sweetness and a wonderful aroma.
