Colorful Vegetable Fried Rice
Weekend Morning Fried Rice ♡
When you add lots of vegetables to fried rice, the moisture released from the vegetables makes the fried rice sweet and even more delicious. I made fried rice using leftover vegetables from the weekend morning. ♡
Ingredients
- 2-3 pieces of green bell pepper, cut to finger length
- 1/2 onion
- 1/5 zucchini
- 8 Vienna sausages
Seasoning
- 4-5 pinches of salt
- 2 swirls of cooking oil
- 4-5 pinches of salt
- 2 swirls of cooking oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
I had a lot of leftover vegetables in the fridge. I decided I needed to use them up, so I made fried rice. ^^
Step 2
Finely chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, and cut the Vienna sausages in half lengthwise and then into slices. Make sure the vegetable pieces are relatively uniform in size for even cooking.
Step 3
Add the specified amount of cooking oil to a heated pan and stir-fry the chopped vegetables. Continue to cook until the vegetables are slightly softened and fragrant.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and add one bowl of rice. Gently toss the rice with the vegetables using a spatula to break up any clumps. Then, turn the heat back on to low and continue to stir-fry.
Step 5
Add a little black sesame seeds and stir-fry sufficiently until the vegetables and rice are well combined. ^^
Step 6
Serve the fried rice beautifully on a plate! ^^
