Main Ingredients
- 200g Tapioca Starch
- 190ml Milk
- 1 Fresh Egg
- 80g Olive Oil
- 140g Cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar, your choice)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a blender or mixer, combine the milk (190ml), olive oil (80g), and tapioca starch (200g). Blend until you achieve a smooth batter. It’s important to blend thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps and everything is well incorporated.
Step 2
To the batter from step 1, add the fresh egg and the prepared cheese (140g). Blend again until all ingredients are smoothly combined and the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the batter. Make sure there are no cheese clumps.
Step 3
Prepare the pan for baking. Lightly grease a pan or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Pour about half of the batter into the pan. Then, generously sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top. The melting cheese will add wonderful flavor.
Step 4
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the pan with the batter and cheese into the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Bake until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Baking times may vary slightly depending on your oven, so keep an eye on the bread’s color.
