Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the mini King Oyster Mushrooms thoroughly. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of coarse salt, and blanch the prepared mushrooms for about 1 minute. This process helps maintain the mushrooms’ chewy texture while removing any impurities.

Immediately rinse the blanched mushrooms under cold water to cool them down. Then, place them in a colander to drain excess water thoroughly. It’s crucial to remove as much water as possible, as this prevents the seasoning from becoming diluted.
