  • 200g cubed chicken breast
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • A little carrot (about 1/4)
  • 1/4 zucchini
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the Chicken Breast: Cut the cubed chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. (If the cubes are too large, trim them to a suitable size.)

Step 2

Prepare the Vegetables: Dice the potatoes, onion, and zucchini into pieces similar in size to the chicken breast. Chop the carrot similarly. Finely mince the garlic with the back of a knife to enhance its aroma.

Step 3

Sauté Onion and Garlic: Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, then sauté over medium-low heat, stirring to prevent burning. Sauté until the onions become translucent and release their sweet fragrance, which adds depth to the curry.

Step 4

Sauté Vegetables: Once the onions are sufficiently sautéed, add the diced carrots and potatoes and stir-fry together for 2-3 minutes. Coating the vegetables with oil will enhance their texture. Then, add the zucchini and sauté for about 1 more minute.

Sauté Chicken Breast: Add the prepared chicken breast to the pan and stir-fry with the other ingredients for 1-2 minutes, mixing well. The chicken breast will lightly cook on the surface, adding flavor.

Add Water and Boil: Pour 1.5 cups (300ml) of water into the sautéed ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the ingredients are tender.
