Ingredients- 200ml Milk
- 1 Ripe Persimmon

First, pour 200ml of milk into your blender or mixer. You can adjust the amount of milk to your preference; if you prefer a richer flavor, you can reduce the milk and increase the persimmon.

Now, let’s prepare the persimmon. Soak the persimmon in water with a little vinegar for about 5 minutes. Then, rinse it thoroughly under running water. This cleaning step ensures the fruit is hygienic and ready to use.

After washing, remove the stem from the persimmon. Peel the skin and carefully remove all the seeds from the flesh. Using only the pulp will result in a smoother latte. Make sure to be thorough when removing seeds to avoid any unpleasant texture.
