Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the 2 Vienna sausages. Finely chop them into small pieces, about 1-2 cm in length, suitable for children or according to your preference. If chopped too small, the texture might be lost, so aim for a moderate size.

Step 2

In a bowl, crack the 2 eggs and whisk them gently with a fork or whisk until smooth, avoiding too much foam. Add 0.5 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp chicken stock (you can substitute with 1 Tbsp water if you don’t have chicken stock), and a pinch of black pepper. Finally, add the chopped Vienna sausages and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Step 3

Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Pour in the entire egg and sausage mixture. Gently cook, swirling the pan occasionally to prevent the egg from sticking to the bottom. The edges of the egg will start to cook first, ensuring a delicious outcome.
