First, wash the fresh cabbage (150g) thoroughly, pat it dry, and cut it into approximately 2cm cubes. Avoid cutting it too small, as it might become mushy; aim for a bite-sized piece.

Heat a frying pan and add the ground pork (600g). Stir-fry until the fat starts to render and the pork is no longer pink. Season with salt (3g) and pepper (3g) during this step for added flavor.
