Savory Soy Sauce Brine
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water

First, place 1/2 cup of sugar into a bowl.

Pour in 1 cup of rice vinegar.
