Quick & Easy Korean Bulgogi Udon Stir-Fry
Delicious Stir-Fried Udon with Pre-Marinated Unyang Bulgogi

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, place the pre-marinated Unyang Bulgogi in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry until nicely browned and fragrant. Ensure the meat is cooked through.
Step 2
In a separate pot, bring plenty of water to a boil. Add the fresh udon noodles and cook according to package directions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch. This helps maintain a chewy texture and prevents them from becoming mushy.
Step 3
Push the cooked bulgogi to one side of the pan. Add the drained udon noodles to the empty space. Drizzle the udon noodles with olive oil and oyster sauce according to your preference. Stir-fry the noodles briefly on their own, then mix them with the bulgogi and stir-fry everything together until well combined. If you like a spicy kick, add a little chili oil at this stage for extra flavor.
Step 4
Transfer the delicious stir-fried Unyang Bulgogi Udon to a serving bowl. Enjoy your flavorful and satisfying homemade meal!
