Main Ingredients
  • Jeongssippum Classic Soy Milk 150ml
  • Jeongssippum Black Soy Milk 150ml
  • 1/4 Apple
  • 1/2 Kiwi
  • 1/4 Tomato
  • 3 Dried Figs
  • 3 Tbsp Blueberries
  • A little Nuts

Seasoning & Toppings
  • 1 Tbsp Honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the containers for the Jeongssippum Classic Soy Milk and Black Soy Milk to begin making the smoothie.

Step 2

Pour 150ml of Classic Soy Milk and 150ml of Black Soy Milk into their respective containers. Mixing them in a 1:1 ratio will create a deeper, richer flavor.

Step 3

Add 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness and a pinch of salt to enhance the nutty flavor of the soy milk. You can adjust the amount of honey to your preference.

Step 4

Stir the soy milk mixture thoroughly with a spatula or spoon until well combined. Stir gently to ensure the soy milk doesn’t clump.

Step 5

Transfer the well-mixed soy milk to an airtight container and place it in the freezer to chill. This step helps in achieving the desired smoothie texture later.

Step 6

After about 2 hours, take the soy milk out of the freezer and check its consistency. It should be partially frozen, like a slushy.

Step 7

Using a fork, scrape and mash the frozen soy milk. Mix the frozen and unfrozen portions to create a smooth yet icy base for the smoothie.

Step 8

Return the mashed soy milk mixture to the refrigerator to keep it cold. This helps maintain the smoothie’s temperature and ensures it stays refreshingly cool.

Step 9

After about another hour in the refrigerator, take it out again and mix with a fork one more time. For a smoother, finer smoothie, you can also freeze the soy milk for about 3 hours and then blend it in a blender. If using a blender, add a little extra fresh soy milk to help it blend more easily.

Step 10

Your cool and creamy soy milk smoothie base is ready! It’s refreshing and nutritious.

Step 11

Prepare the toppings for your smoothie. Trim the stems from the dried figs and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Dried fruits add a delightful chewiness and flavor.

Step 12

Get your fresh fruits and nuts ready to accompany the smoothie. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly.

Step 13

Core the tomato and remove seeds from the apple, then slice them along with the kiwi into bite-sized pieces for attractive topping.

Step 14

Pour the prepared soy milk smoothie base into a bowl or glass, presenting it attractively. Aim for a smooth and appealing texture.

Step 15

Finally, arrange your prepared fruits (apple, kiwi, tomato, blueberries), dried figs, and a sprinkle of nuts on top of the smoothie as desired. This completes your delicious, nutritious, and visually appealing soy milk smoothie!
