Main Ingredients- 2 slices of bread
- 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 egg

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, melt a generous amount of butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Once the butter is melted, place the bread slices in the pan and toast them until golden brown and slightly crispy on both sides. Freshly toasted bread offers a richer flavor.
Step 2
In a bowl, crack the egg and whisk it together with the chopped green onions. Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture thinly and spread it out to create a flat omelet. Cooking it until the edges are slightly crisp will enhance the texture.
