  • 3 eggs
  • 15g sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • A little olive oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, let’s prepare all the ingredients needed to make this delicious sweet pumpkin bread. Having everything washed and measured beforehand will make the cooking process much smoother.

Since we’ll be using the pumpkin skin, it’s crucial to wash it thoroughly under running water. Sprinkle a little baking powder, rub the surface with your hands, and then rinse it several times with clean water. This method helps remove any surface impurities, making it safe to consume the skin.

Place the thoroughly washed mini sweet pumpkin in a microwave-safe dish. Cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and microwave for about 3 minutes. This will slightly soften the pumpkin, making it easier to handle in the next steps.
