Easy Microwave Chocolate Bread Recipe
This is a super simple bread perfect for when you’re craving a sweet treat! ^^
Ingredients
- 2 packets hot cocoa mix or Jelly powder (your preference)
- Milk (to desired consistency, approx. 3-4 Tbsp)
- 1 egg

First, crack 1 egg into a microwave-safe mug or container. Whisk the egg well until the yolk and white are combined.

Next, add 2 packets of hot cocoa mix or Jelly powder to the mug with the egg. This will provide a rich, chocolatey flavor.
Step 3
Stir the egg and cocoa powder together first to avoid lumps. Then, gradually add milk while mixing until you reach a thick batter consistency, similar to bread dough. Adjust the milk amount as needed (around 3-4 tablespoons should work). Ensure it’s not too watery.
Step 4
Place the mixed batter in the microwave and cook for about 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. The bread is ready when it puffs up and is cooked through! You can check for doneness by inserting a skewer; if it comes out clean, it’s done. Microwave times may vary, so adjust accordingly. Enjoy it warm for the best taste!
