- Hotcake mix 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup (standard paper cup)
- Milk 2.5 cups (standard paper cup)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a clean pot, combine the fine roasted soybean powder, hotcake mix, and sugar. Whisk or stir with a spatula until well combined and no lumps remain. Mixing these dry ingredients first helps ensure a smoother texture later.

Pour in 1.5 cups (standard paper cup) of milk. Whisk vigorously to dissolve the dry ingredients, ensuring there are no lumps. It’s important to mix thoroughly at this stage to achieve a smooth batter.

Place the pot over low heat. Continuously stir with a wooden or silicone spatula, preventing it from sticking to the bottom, and cook for about 8 minutes. As it begins to thicken, reduce the heat even further.

Gradually add the remaining 1 cup (standard paper cup) of milk, stirring to achieve your desired jam consistency. Continue to cook and stir for another 5 minutes. Finally, add a pinch of salt and mix well to enhance the flavors. Taste and adjust sweetness or soybean powder if needed.
