This is an incredibly easy banana milk recipe that anyone can make! It’s perfect as a quick breakfast alternative or a delightful snack when you’re feeling peckish. Ingredients
- Oligosaccharide syrup (adjust to taste, 2-3 Tbsp recommended)
- Milk (desired amount, approx. 200-250ml)
- Banana (1 ripe banana)
- Blender

Step 1
First, peel the banana. For easier blending, it’s helpful to break or cut the peeled banana into roughly 2-3 cm pieces.

Place the banana pieces into your blender. Then, pour in the milk. For a creamier texture, consider adding a little more milk than the amount specified. (Add a bit more milk than shown in the picture!)

Now, add the oligosaccharide syrup for sweetness. You can adjust the amount based on the banana’s natural sweetness; starting with 2 tablespoons and tasting before adding more is a good approach. (Be mindful not to add too much at once, as it can settle at the bottom!)
Step 4
Secure the lid of the blender and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until all ingredients are smoothly combined and there are no large chunks. The goal is a smooth, uniform consistency.
