For the Guacamole
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1/4 lemon

Step 1
To make fresh and delicious guacamole, first prepare one perfectly ripe avocado. Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces. Next, finely dice half a red onion and one ripe tomato, making sure to remove the skin and seeds from the tomato. Finely dicing the onion and tomato is key for a great texture and harmonious blend in the guacamole.
Step 2
Using a spoon, gently mash the prepared avocado. For the best guacamole texture, it’s recommended to mash it until it’s mostly smooth but still has some small chunks remaining. Don’t worry if there are a few lumps; this adds to the authentic appeal.
