Main Ingredients
  • 80g frozen, cleaned squid
  • 2 packs Shin Ramyun noodles
  • 6 fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 50g green onion (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, heat 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wide pan over medium-low heat. Add the chopped green onions and sauté them slowly until fragrant and the oil becomes infused with their aroma, creating ‘pa-gi-reum’ (scallion oil). Be careful not to burn them; cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Once the aromatic scent of the scallion oil starts to rise, add the fresh shrimp and frozen squid to the pan and stir-fry them together. Next, add both the powder soup and flake soup packets that come with the Shin Ramyun. Stir everything well with the ingredients for about 1 minute to enhance the savory flavor of the seafood.

Step 3

When the shrimp and squid have cooked and changed color, pour 1 liter of water (for 2 packs of Shin Ramyun) into the pot. Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat, then add the ramen noodles. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the noodles are perfectly chewy, and your Daeha Ramyun, brimming with the rich flavor of fresh ingredients, will be complete. Enjoy your delicious meal!
