Ingredients
- 2 sheets roasted gamtay (seaweed)
- 1 bowl warm cooked rice
- 1/6 onion
- 1/4 paprika
- A little carrot
- 1 shiitake mushroom

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your vegetables. Finely chop the onion, paprika, carrot, and shiitake mushroom. Chopping them small will help them mix well with the rice and improve the texture.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, shiitake mushroom, and paprika in that order, stir-frying until the vegetables are slightly softened. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. The natural sweetness and aromas of the vegetables will blend together, enhancing the flavor.
Step 3
