Prepare a variety of namul and stir-fried vegetables. We have homemade stir-fried shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, seasoned soybean sprouts, and onions, supplemented with purchased seasoned radish, fernbrake, bellflower root, and spinach namul for a generous spread. (Feel free to add other ingredients like seasoned pollack if you like.)
Step 3
Place a suitable amount of warm, cooked rice into a deep bowl. Arrange the prepared namul and stir-fried vegetables attractively around the rice, alternating colors to create a visually appealing dish. The vibrant colors are sure to whet your appetite!
Step 4
