Ingredients- 1 pack Acorn Jjol Jjol Myun
- 10g Kimchi
- 5g Scallion
- 5g Carrot
- 1/2 Boiled Egg

Step 1
Let’s check out what’s inside the package! You’ll find the noodles, a vegetable flake packet, and the signature spicy-sweet sauce. Notice the noodles have a distinct color, likely due to the acorn content, promising a wonderfully chewy texture.
Step 2
Bring 600ml of water to a rolling boil in a pot. Once boiling, add the Acorn Jjol Jjol Myun noodles and the vegetable flakes. Cook for exactly 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Be sure to adhere to the cooking time to prevent the noodles from becoming too soft.
Step 3
Immediately after cooking, drain the noodles and rinse them thoroughly under cold running water. This step is crucial for achieving a delightfully springy and chewy noodle texture. Drain them well to remove excess water.
