First, prepare the enoki mushrooms. You can leave them whole or separate them into smaller portions, as you prefer. Trim off any rough or dirty parts from the base of the mushrooms.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over low heat. It’s important to melt the butter slowly on a gentle flame to prevent it from burning.
