Ingredients
- 25g Celery
- 13g Golden Kiwi
- 25ml Milk
- 75g Drinkable Yogurt
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. Thoroughly wash the celery under running water.
Step 2
Cut the washed celery into manageable pieces, about 1-2 cm in length. Place the chopped celery, 25ml of milk, and 75g of drinkable yogurt into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Ensure it’s well-combined.
Step 3
Peel the golden kiwi and cut it into roughly 1-2 cm chunks. Try not to over-blend the kiwi seeds. (Using fresh golden kiwi is highly recommended for the best flavor.)
Step 4
Blend the golden kiwi separately to create a juice. (This step is optional; if you prefer some texture from the kiwi, you can skip this and add the chopped kiwi directly in step 4.)
Step 5
Pour the blended celery yogurt mixture from step 1 into a serving glass. Add the golden kiwi juice (or chopped golden kiwi) from step 3. Gently stir everything together until well combined.
Step 6
This smoothie has a pleasantly thick consistency. If you desire an even colder and more intense flavor, you can freeze the finished smoothie to enjoy it like a refreshing sorbet.
