- 50g fresh mugwort
- 2 sausages
- 2 fresh eggs
- 1 Cheongyang chili pepper (for a mild kick)
- 1 red chili pepper (for color)
- 4 Tbsp cooking oil

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Begin by carefully cleaning the fresh mugwort under running water. Prepare the sausages and crack the eggs into a separate bowl. Wash the red and Cheongyang chili peppers, remove the seeds, and set them aside.

Finely chop the cleaned mugwort. Dice the sausages into small, bite-sized pieces, similar in size to the chopped mugwort. Mince the Cheongyang chili pepper finely for a touch of heat. Slice the red chili pepper into thin rounds for a beautiful garnish.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped mugwort, diced sausages, and minced Cheongyang chili pepper. Pour in the 2 cracked eggs and add a pinch of fine salt for seasoning. Mix everything gently with a spoon or spatula until well combined, forming a batter.
