Main Ingredients- 1 medium zucchini (about 1.5 cups, sliced)
- 1/4 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 small can (approx. 100g) of tuna, drained
Seasoning- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Pinch of salt (to taste)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Begin by preparing your ingredients. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice it into half-moons or about 0.5 cm thick rounds, as preferred. Dice the onion into small cubes. Open the can of tuna and drain out most of the oil.

Heat a skillet or wok over medium heat with a teaspoon of cooking oil. Add the sliced zucchini and stir-fry until it starts to soften slightly, about 2-3 minutes. Then, add the minced garlic and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat the zucchini and allow the flavors to meld.

Once the zucchini is about 70% cooked and tender, add the diced onion and the drained tuna to the skillet. If the tuna is clumped together, gently break it apart with your spatula.

Continue to stir-fry everything together until the onions become translucent and the tuna is well combined with the zucchini. This will take another 3-4 minutes. Stirring ensures even cooking and allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
