Ingredients- 3 Tbsp Yuzu Marmalade (Yuja-cheong)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0.3 Tbsp Salt (approx. 1/4 tsp)
- Pinch of Black Pepper

Step 1
First, prepare 3 tablespoons of yuzu marmalade. The sweet and fragrant flavor of the yuzu marmalade is key to the dressing’s taste.
