  • 0.5 Tbsp Minced Garlic (1/2 Tbsp)
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar

First, trim off the hard ends of the king oyster mushrooms. Then, slice the mushrooms crosswise into approximately 0.5 cm thick rounds, maintaining their shape.

In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of miso paste, 1 tablespoon of yuzu marmalade, 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Whisk everything together thoroughly until well combined.
