Main Ingredients- 1 whole baguette
- 2 plump sausages
- 6 fresh lettuce leaves
- 1/4 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 slices of cheese
- 6 pickles
- Pinch of salt

- A little cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients- 5 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the vegetables. Wash the onion and bell peppers thoroughly under running water, then slice them into thin julienne strips. For the baguette, carefully cut a long slit along the top, then gently use a spoon or a small carving tool to hollow out the inside, creating a space for the filling. Be careful not to break the baguette as you scoop out the bread.
