- 1 bag enoki mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce (or tuna extract)
- 1 bouillon cube
- Generous amount of green onions
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch

Step 1
Let’s begin the first step to creating this warm crab meat soup. This recipe is designed to be easy for anyone to follow.

In a pot, add 1 bouillon cube and 500ml of cold water. Bring it to a boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in 1 tablespoon of fish sauce to enhance the savory depth of the broth.

When the broth starts to bubble vigorously, gently add the crab meat. It’s best to add it carefully to prevent it from breaking apart. As the crab meat cooks, its natural sweetness will infuse into the soup.
