Main Ingredients

  • 200g Beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 small Bell Peppers (various colors)
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 handful Bean Sprouts
  • 2-3 Imitation Crab Sticks

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

First, prepare the beef. In a bowl, gently mix the thinly sliced beef with 1 tsp of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil. Let it marinate briefly. Cooking it just before serving ensures a wonderfully tender texture.

Next, wash and prepare all the fresh vegetables. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers. Peel or wash the cucumber and onion thoroughly. Julienne all the vegetables into thin, uniform strips, perfect for rolling. Slice the imitation crab sticks lengthwise as well. Arrange the prepared vegetables and beef beautifully on a platter, perhaps separating them by color for an even more appealing presentation.

Prepare your dipping sauces to enhance the flavor of the spring rolls. A popular choice is hot chili sauce, but you can also offer peanut sauce, hoisin sauce, or any other favorite. Offering a variety of sauces allows everyone to customize their rolls to their liking.
