Today, we’re using small, adorable mozzarella pearls. If you have a larger ball of mozzarella, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold running water. Then, tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces. After washing, thoroughly dry the leaves using paper towels or a salad spinner to ensure the dressing adheres well and doesn’t make the salad watery.
